The Sundance Company adds Garrison F. Parcells to their Marketing Team

Garrison F. Parcells joins The Sundance Company in Boise, Idaho. Parcells comes to The Sundance Company marketing department with over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. In addition to using his extensive experience to advise prospective tenants, Parcells will consult with the real estate brokerage community in an effort to keep them apprised of The Sundance Company’s office, industrial, and build-to-suit portfolio.

Most recently, as Senior Vice President of Gateway Business Properties in Gardena, CA, Garrison was an experienced real estate professional that specialized in the Southern California commercial real estate market. Previous experience includes thirteen years with Colliers Seeley International and six years with Leonard & Ohren, where he also specialized in industrial and commercial sales and leasing. Mr. Parcells has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of the Pacific, majoring in marketing and finance.

The Sundance Company promotes Amber Grant to Business Concierge position

Amber Grant has accepted the Business Concierge position with The Sundance Company in Boise, Idaho. Ms. Grant has been has been with The Sundance Company for three years serving as the executive assistant to The Sundance Company’s leadership team as well as the coordinator for Bushmen Safaris.

Ms. Grant will start-up and independently manage the highly-anticipated Silverstone Corporate Plaza amenity center in Meridian, Idaho. This center will serve the entire Silverstone Park, which upon completion comprise of 1.6 million square feet of commercial properties. This concierge role will entail business event planning, preferred services for all park occupants, as well as scheduling all conference and meeting areas in the Silverstone Corporate Plaza (completion date Sept. 2009).

Phil Bellan joins The Sundance Company’s Accounting and Finance Team

The Sundance Company is pleased to announce the hiring of Phil Bellan.  Mr. Bellan comes to the Accounting and Finance team with more than 5 years of commercial real estate property experience.  He will join the Accounting Department as a Corporate Accountant with responsibilities for Accounts Payable, preparing monthly and annual reports for both The Sundance Company and third party owners, and a variety of other accounting responsibilities for The Sundance Company’s extensive portfolio, which consists of 1.5 million square feet of commercial real estate property in the greater Boise metropolitan area.

Most recently, Mr. Bellan was a Senior Accountant at Colliers International, overseeing their downtown Boise portfolio as well as their construction accounting.  He received his Bachelors of Science in Marketing from Cal Poly and his Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from Boise State University.
