Taylor West, a business office complex at 125 Taylor Street in Meridian, has three new tenants. Premier Technology, represented by Gavin Phillips of Thornton Oliver Keller Commercial Real Estate, leased 3,600 square feet in Suite 800. Advance Physical Therapy renewed a lease of 2,160 square feet of Boise office space at 9362 Overland Road.
The U.S. General Services Administration renewed a lease of 2,591 square feet of Boise office space 260 Maple Grove Road.
