With more than 1.5 million square feet of office and industrial space available in prime Boise and Meridian locations, The Sundance Company can help you find the commercial real estate leasing space that best fits your business needs.

The Sundance Company Executive Profile – Roger Anderson

Roger L. Anderson, Founder and Director
The Sundance Company

Roger L. Anderson has been in real estate development for over 30 years. Sincere passion and a dedication to succeed have resulted in his lifetime commitment to the industry.

Roger founded The Sundance Company in 1976. Since that time, his honest and practical approach to business has resulted in the realization of one of the foremost commercial real estate and development firms in the Greater Treasure Valley. Roger’s keen ability to envision and direct future growth ensures The Sundance Company’s ongoing endeavors will remain highly desirable to both a local and national real estate audience.

Early in his career, Roger determined how the value of debt discipline allowed Sundance to capitalize purchase power on economic weak cycles and maximize profit on strong economic cycles. He credits this financing strategy with having provided Sundance valuable insight into real estate cash flow strategies. On his desk for decades, as part of Sundance’s business model, sits Abraham Lincoln’s quote “Things may come to those who wait, but only the things left behind by those who hustle” which symbolizes the essential drive and energy, combined with financial discipline, that has made Sundance an industry leader.

A life-long Idahoan, Roger received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Idaho. After gaining many years experience developing properties throughout the northwest, Roger shared his knowledge by serving as a guest speaker at Boise State University instructing courses on Construction Management.

Roger Anderson continues to be a strong presence in the community on government councils and private boards. He is currently focusing the Company’s long-term planning on opportunity identification and feasibility. Mr. Anderson’s completed developments span the Treasure Valley, with architecture guaranteed to continue to etch the local skyline well into the future.
