Travis L. Anderson, a principal member of the Sundance Executive Committee, joined The Sundance Company in 1998 as Vice President of Marketing and has recently accepted the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Along with site selection and development planning, Travis is
responsible for creating and implementing a marketing plan designed to promote revenue, profitability, and continued growth as an organization.

Travis utilizes his extensive background in asset management, project development, and real estate marketing to continuously deliver high quality service, maintain code compliance, and ensure cost-effective administration of company resources. He incorporates his effective
communication skills to maintain long-term business relationships with clientele, city planning and zoning officials, as well as “best-in-class” architectural and engineering firms.

Travis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Communications with an emphasis in
Public Relations from the University of Idaho. He is a member of Building Owners and
Manager Association (BOMA).
