- Brown Mackie College expanded to 27,784 square feet in Blackeagle Plaza, in Blackeagle Center at Overland and Maple Grove roads, Boise. The Sundance Company represented the property owner.
- Ace Industrial expanded to 2,451 square feet in Boise Office Center, 7211 Franklin Road, Boise. The Sundance Company handled the transaction.
- Advance Counseling Center expanded to 904 square feet at the Stonegate complex, 2995 S. Cole Road, Suite 200-B, Boise. The Sundance Company represented the property owner.
- Spencer Fluid Dynamics renewed a 3,630-square-foot lease in South Cole Business Center, 7415 W. Mossy Cup, Boise. Mohr Partners Inc. represented the tenant. The Sundance Company represented the property owner.
